Floral Wreath Ketubah by Melissa Dinwiddie

$360.00

Giclee Print – Available in 2 sizes

A floral wreath blooms with lilies, roses, tulips and irises. The twining vines form a subtle six-pointed star.

The texts on all of Melissa’s giclee ketubah prints are added to the ketubah in her exclusive calligraphic fonts, digitized from her calligraphy. She drew each letter by hand, with specialized calligraphy pens and ink, then scanned the letters, created outlines, and worked with a type designer to turn these pen-drawn letters into special fonts. She then combines the text of your choice with the artwork to create the final ketubah prints. For the most elegant presentation, couples can pay a personalization fee to have their personal information seamlessly added. Or if you prefer you may choose to handle this personalization yourselves. If you would prefer to use different wording than the texts offered, Melissa can add your custom text to any ketubah design.

Available Texts: Anniversary Egalitarian & Anniversary Interfaith & Orthodox w/English  & Conservative w/Lieberman &  Egalitarian Hebrew/English &  Equal Partners Male w/English  &  Equal Partners Female w/English &  Interfaith Hebrew/English.

Most texts are available in all Hebrew or all English.

Melissa Dinwiddie is an award-winning artist and calligrapher, based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She combines a background as a calligrapher with a deep love for her Jewish heritage to create works of beauty, depth, and technical excellence. Her original artworks and fine art prints have been exhibited internationally, and are in private collections around the world. She is also nationally known as a teacher, and has been invited to teach calligraphy and book arts across the US. Active in the Jewish Reconstructionist Movement, Melissa sees her work as a ketubah- and Judaic artist as the ultimate expression of her relationship with the Divine.
Due to the variations between computer monitors, and the inherent difference between projected light and ink on paper, the colors you see here are only approximations.
